Mike and Vivien are the proud owners of ServiceMaster Contract Services in Southern Oregon. Mike has over 15 years experience maintaining buildings and making them look their best every day. When working with ServiceMaster Contract Services, you will find you get direct attention from the owners. Mike's personable approach to his very professional business is refreshing. He is one of the only independent certified CSCT's (Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician) in Southern Oregon providing healthcare cleaning expertise to the community.

Vivien has worked managing rental properties in the Klamath Falls area for many years. She knows what it's like to be on the other side, looking for a high quality vendor to clean her facilities at a reasonable price.
